I have this feeling that even though Microsoft is on the verge on releasing Windows 7 soon that they still don’t understand what the customer wants. I don’t know if it’s ignorance or complete disregard, but it’s aggravating me. Do you think Microsoft knows what they are doing at this point in the game?

Don’t you think these operating system wars have to end? I mean, is it really necessary for us to argue which one is better to use? I think everyone will always have their own opinion. However, if everyone listened to what someone else had to say and didn’t shut down their opinion, I think these discussions wouldn’t bother people as much.
