Well, whether you’re ready or not, here comes the new Digg 4. Its drastically better than the versions you have seen before and it definitely has better “social” capabilities incorporated within the platform. I’ve never really been a fan of Digg, but I’m definitely intrigued with what Kevin Rose has put together since creating the site. There’s no question about it that the company would sink without him. However, do you think this new release will be received well by the community?

This is really an interesting service and very useful for all you Tennis fans. There are so many geo location, social networks, and other networking platforms out there. So, its really nice to see a social network related to sports that brings people together in real life to meet up and play a game face to face. This service takes social networking and brings it to life. Are you willing to leave the internet for a little while?

MySpace was once one of the most popular social networks on the internet. Now, they’ve become a thing of the past. Do you think MySpace is going to run themselves into the ground or will they stay to their roots and remain in the music industry? I believe MySpace only appeals to a certain crowd at this point, but for some reason select groups are still using it to promote themselves. What do you think of the status of the company?

This episode of the STZ Podcast, we chat it up with Cali Lewis, who is the founder of GeekBeat.TV. If you remember, she used to produce a show called GeekBrief.TV, but has cancelled that show and moved onto GeekBeat. It’s a great show and this interview really helps show her passion for tech and social media.

LeapFish.com is a unique service. I have come across sites like them before, but nothing to the degree of what’s offered here. Everything on the site is free, which is a plus, but it’s the ability to customize, easy social networking integration, and a friendly staff that sells to me. What do you think of it?

This is a guest post by Alvina Lopez and she gives us some great tips as to how we can still use these social media platforms, but at the same time protecting ourselves to make sure we aren’t giving away too much information. Sometimes users take lightly of the information they give away on the internet and that can lead to problems. Is that you? What should you do?

This is a guest post by Melissa Tamura. She shares with us 10 ways to get more traffic from StumbleUpon. I have always felt that StumbleUpon is an interesting social network because the community seems to be “closed.” What I mean is there’s not as much interacting there as I would like to see. However, there’s no other that drives better traffic to your site. Don’t believe me? Read this post!
