Who doesn’t want to meet good people? Who doesn’t like Twitter? Combine the two and add a Twitter chat to the mix like #blogchat and you have the makings of an awesome conversation. There’s so much value in these “chat rooms” on Twitter, but I’m sure most people don’t take the time to notice.

Papa Johns does a poor job with customer service via email and through social media. They say they’re going to fix an issue, but it never actually happens. Honestly, how can you continuously redirect customers on Twitter to the support email address?

Would you ever expect that YouTube could fail in one aspect of their product? Well, obviously everyone can fail, but YouTube has really seemed to lack on the aspect of community building. Not to say they don’t have a large user base, but the majority of the people making comments are really nothing more than trolls. Do you agree?
