Granted what I wrote above is a weird way to start off a post, but I wanted to help make readers out there realize that creating content will bring you profit.  Not only will you earn money from joining the Expo TV community, but your interaction with viewers will drastically improve.  So many people believe that starting a blog and creating content is a get rich quick scheme, but it’s not.  However, making money online is possible and this video community is a place to start.  You earn money based on your videos uploaded, how many views it gets, and your participation in their contests.

Now that I explained briefly what this community is about, I am going to tell you how this improves your interaction with both social media and tech enthusiasts.  First of all, producing video content is a form of social media.  When you create a video, viewers get to see who you look like and will trust what you have to say.  Those that produce videos will be trusted a lot quicker than those who only write recommendations through text.  For example, I do create video content on tech products for Expo TV. I have received a lot of positive comments from the community members thanking me for making their buying decisions easier.  That’s what video is all about – building the relationship.  People trust someone who they can see and hear and will then become part of their community.

So, you may be wondering how this fits in with social media.  Well, any type of content that is engaging with people around you is social media.  Interacting with people online is what our world runs off today.  Just ask yourself this question…where do you go for the news? The internet is where the majority of people go.  You still have your old fashioned people who will watch the news on TV or buy a newspaper, but the news is accessible for free online. Social media sites like Twitter are always talking about what’s going on in the world.  Online newspapers are doing the exact same thing as well.

Video content is a way of changing things up when trying to reach out to social media and tech enthusiasts.  You break them away from having to always read text and give them a video to watch. Personally, I enjoy watching video than reading.  I am a visual learner and it just helps me understand things better.

For those of you who are tech enthusiasts like myself and may be wondering how creating video content will increase your interaction with people – well it’s quite simple.  Tech enthusiasts usually have a lot of gadgets and computers that they use frequently.  So why not do a review on them?  Let people know the pros and cons and give your opinion of the product.  This will build your credibility online and viewers will want to engage in conversation with you.  Not to mention, getting paid for what you are doing never hurt anyone either!
