The hype is around the new Windows 7 operating system. How can you not say this is a great time for Microsoft and winning back customers from the Windows Vista debacle? Even though, Microsoft deserves a lot of credit and a pat on the back for their new OS…we all know that Apple isn’t going to sit around doing nothing. Have you seen what they have done to counteract Microsoft?

It really frustrated me when people say there reasoning for not learning something new is that it’s too difficult. Isn’t anything at first difficult until you practice and get the hang of it? To me, that isn’t a valid excuse and this holds true for those people who refuse to use a Mac. Are you one of those people? This post is for you and I would like to know your reasoning.

It’s not too often I commend what Microsoft does. However, there will be times when they surprise me and I support what they do. Their marketing and innovation in the past was what caused me to switch over to Apple. Although, this new commercial I saw on TV really had me thinking that Microsoft got it right this time!

Google and Apple are my two favorite companies and I think they are the two most successful in the tech world. With 2010 approaching quicker than we all expect, these two companies have quite the new products in store for us. They are definitely going to create buzz in the market.

I have this feeling that even though Microsoft is on the verge on releasing Windows 7 soon that they still don’t understand what the customer wants. I don’t know if it’s ignorance or complete disregard, but it’s aggravating me. Do you think Microsoft knows what they are doing at this point in the game?

Do you like software? I think we all do. The only problem is most software is expensive. Some of the programs out there are so high tech we just cough up the dough for the experience. Although, if you are a student, how would you like software from Microsoft for free?
