Would you ever expect that YouTube could fail in one aspect of their product? Well, obviously everyone can fail, but YouTube has really seemed to lack on the aspect of community building. Not to say they don’t have a large user base, but the majority of the people making comments are really nothing more than trolls. Do you agree?
