To say I’m disgusted with Papa Johns is an understatement. For a company to forget a delivery and never credit back my account is absurd. They demonstrate poor customer service and lack the ability to use social media to resolve customer complaints.

I’m one of those customers that doesn’t complain and prefers to let it slide, but this is all about the principal of the matter. Granted they called once to let me know the $16.06 would be credited to my account, but it never actually happened. So, what am I or other Papa Johns customers suppose to think about their ethical standards? What makes me laugh most is they ignored my request after a while because I was persistent with getting an answer. All I can say to that is – FAIL!

I’m only one customer and I’m sure others have had problems worse than mine, but the fact that Papa Johns never resolved the issue is my reasoning for calling them out. Let’s just say that Dominos has made Papa Johns look stupid. Dominos knows what true customer service is and they also know how to use social media by delivering satisfaction through Twitter.

This actually happened to me a while back when I was in Rockford, Illinois. The worst part is waiting forever for a pizza that was never delivered. When I called to confirm, they put me on hold, then the idiot said he would have to check their computer and put me on hold for ten minutes.

The pizza is never delivered, the store can’t help, because they don’t have the order, and they tell you to email the website.  It is a horrible company, and the pizza is average at best, and about the same price as a local shop who wants your business.

I’m sorry to hear it happened to you as well. I had a feeling I wasn’t the only one. They have a very poor way of running their business and they have lost me as a customer. It’s just amazing how they can take your money, not deliver the order, and not do anything to help. Thanks so much for sharing your experience. As I say, “better ingredients, better pizza, better options out there!”
