Do you feel that when a celebrity or major brand thanks their fans/consumers that it’s meaningless? They sound so generic and it really doesn’t connect with you? Well, what can be done to restore value in saying thank you? Are there any brands or celebrities that no how to create an emotional connection?

Papa Johns does a poor job with customer service via email and through social media. They say they’re going to fix an issue, but it never actually happens. Honestly, how can you continuously redirect customers on Twitter to the support email address?
